Digital Basics Score provides an automated benchmarking report comparing a business's online presence, across directories, website, reviews, and social channels, against publicly available information on nearby competitors.
3.Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
4.Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Digital Basics Score to submit false business information, to access another business's private data, or to attempt to reverse-engineer the benchmarking methodology.
5.No Guarantee of Results
Digital Basics Score identifies and prioritizes areas of your online presence based on public data. It does not guarantee improved search rankings, review scores, or customer volume.
6.Intellectual Property
The Digital Basics Score methodology, scoring weights, and report format are the property of Digital Basics Score and may not be reproduced without permission.
7.Limitation of Liability
Digital Basics Score is provided "as is." Digital Basics Score is not liable for decisions made based on report recommendations, or for inaccuracies in third-party public data used to generate a benchmark.
8.Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee.
